Richard S. Sisson, 60, of Port Richey, died Thursday. A native of New York state, he had lived in the area for 3 years and was a retired electrical inspector. Sisson was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church of Port Richey. He is survived by his wife, Emily; a son, Terry of Grand Island NY. Also three grandchildren.
