Seeking information on John Idense Sip b. about 1719 to Ide Janse Sip (1695-1762) from Bergen, New Jersey. John Idense Sip was prob. born to Ide Janse Sip's first wife Ariaentje Cornelisse (Cadmus). John Idense Sip seems to have had a sister Annatje Idense Sip b. 5 Aug. 1723 at Bergen. I noticed that at least five online genealogies give the birthdate for John Sip as about 1726 and assign his birth to Ide Janse Sip's second wife, Anthe Van Wagenen, who married Ide Janse Sip in 1725 at the RDC of Bergen. But John Sip is mentioned in an Essex County deed of Thomas Cornelisse (Cadmus) and Maryte Koeymans, Thomas'wife. Thomas Corenlisse and Maryte Koemans would be John Sip's grandparents if his mother were a Cadmus and not his grandparents if his mother had been a Van Wagenen. John Sip must have lived to adulthood since he is mentioned in the Cadmus deed. But I can find nothing further about him though unsource online genealogies suggest that John Idense Sip married a Vreeland. The Vreeland Genealogy Project has no such marriage though this database also assigned John Sip to Ide Janse Sip's second wife Anthe Van Wagenen. Any information would be appreciated.
