Thanks for posting.
Anyone interested in where he "fits" in the overall SINTON tree, can find an abbreviated descendant chart oriented towards lines likely to produce dna project participants at:

http://dnasurnames.info/lineages/dcsintonlineage1a.htm
(One of the "Jedburgh" line of SINTONS that have been shown to be connected to the "Southdean" SINTONs via dna testing).

A newspaper report of the time shows the poor chap came off second best in a collision with a bus while riding to work on his motor cycle.

Were you looking for another James SINTON?
Regards
Lorna

Hi Lorna,
Thanks for your reply. I am not tracing any Sinton's. James Sinton's death record was attached to the one I ordered for my Great Grandmother and I thought I would just post the information incase anyone else could use it.

You are right with the newspaper article, as the cause of death for James was 'fractured skull (motorcycle accident)'.
Let me know if you could use a copy of the record, or if you hear of anyone in the future.

I have also posted the same information under Bourhill, who was the wife of James - Laura Bourhill - incase someone from that side of his family is interested.

The informant for James's death was his brother, R Sinton, is this correlates with your information.

Regards, Judith
