Classification: Query
Surnames: SINTON, FARROW, RIDDLE
I was looking at a family of Bamburgh SINTONs - anyone researching them?
A marriage cert that may be of interest to someone:
23 May 1843: John SINTON, coachman, s/o James SINTON, labourer, and Eleanor RIDDLE, house servant d/o Thomas RIDDLE, mason, both resident Waren, married at the Bamburgh Parish Church, Northumberland, both signed.
Witnessed by Robert TINDALE, Eleanor WAKE, William ?BALMER?, Ann ROGERS
I eventually convinced myself that this John remarried a Mary Ann FARROW in 1856
Not known to be my SINTONs, but always interested to find out, and eliminate them from my inquiries by linking them all up into their respective families.
Or get a representative of a new line into the SINTON Surname DNA Project
