Hello I've been searching for my birth parents and need any help I can get.
I was born in Fresno Calf. On 1/10/69.
My name at birth was Cynthia A. Simpson.
I think my birth mother's last name was Costa.
After I was born my parents moved to Miami Florida where I was put into foster care. I have been told that my birth mother would bring gifts at Christmas and my birthday to the H.R.S. office and ask them to make sure I got the gifts. This is all I know so far.
