James Silver, Jr. b 1720 NJ, 5th son was John Silver, b 1755 NJ (in Rev. war), His eldest son was Enoch Silver, b.1782 or 1788. The family moved to Hamilton Co., OH (John died there). Enoch had family in OH then in Marion Co, IN and finally moved to Iowa where he died in Wappello Co 18 Oct 1852. His son was Samuel Silver (b 1817, OH) who married Martha Ann Plakey Morgan. Their family included William Franklin Silvers (somewhere along the line an "s" was added to the surname) who was married to Mary Liza Adair. Their 11 children included my grandfather, William Frances Silvers. I have more info. If anyone has these people in their tree also. I'd like more info on the family and where they came from beore NJ. Could anyone lend a hand? Thank you.
