Hi Jason, I have been gathering information on the Badgetts for the past couple of years, for a Badgett descendant who happens to be our Pastor here in Dallas, TX. I have a lot of info I'd be willing to share - - the Badgett research uncovered the Sidle and Houston names and I do have some history for those families as well. Jesse B's widow was buried in the Houston family plot there in Memphis (she's buried with Sam's 1st cousin, John C. Houston, and his 2 wives and children)!
