I viewed these records at my local LDS Family History Center (a room at the Mormon church). The church records are on microfilm, ordered frrom LDS records at the Salt Lake, Utah repository. The LDS stake has the microfilm and microfiche readers to view these documents, and can help you with ordering the correct records.
Is there a way to get copies of the The Reformed and Lutheran and German church records? Or where does one go to view these records? Thanks for your information.

Janet, I have essentially the same information about Margaret that you posted, with some minor variations in spelling. Maria Margaretha Shrum was born 6 February 1757 in Dover township, York County, Pennsylvania to Johann Nickel (Nicholas) Schramm and Anna Catherina Koener. The Schramm surname is correctly pronounced Shrum or Shrom, and that is how it was spelled in court records and tax documents. The Reformed and Lutheran and German church records show Schramm.
Nicholas and Catherine had eight children, 5 girls then 3 boys. Maria Margaretha was the youngest girl. The family moved to Old Tryon County (now Lincoln County) in North Carolina about 1765. I believe that Catherine Koener Shrum then died because Nicholas was remarried before 1775 to Margaret Helmic. There were seven more children (3 boys and 4 girls) born to the second marriage in the period 1775 - 1787.
Nicholas was born Johann Nickel Schramm on 19 October 1724 in Waldmohr, Kusel, Pfalz, Germany and died as Nicholas Shrum on 1 April 1793 in Tryon County, North Carolina.

Way back in my family tree is Mary Margaret Shrum born 6 Feb 1757 probably York Co, PA to Johann Nicolas Shrum (born about 1728 in Germany?) and wife Anna Catherine Koener (born about 1732 in York, PA?). Nicolas and Anna had 15 children listed in his will, although by 1791 he was married to someone called Margaret. Mary Margaret Shrum married Martin Hoyle in Lincoln Co, NC about 1780. Does this match up to anything you have?
