I am looking for information concerning a girl, born ca 1901 in Washington State, named Thelma L- The last name is difficult to read, perhaps Banne or Barne. She is in the census of her grandparents Gideon L and Lucinda Shockley. Gideon and Lucinda married in Arkansas, the second marriage for both. Gideon was married to a Margaret Dunn previously and I believe that Lucinda was married to Margarets brother Guilford Dunn. These were civil war years and it would appear that Margaret and Guilford have died. Guliford was in the confederate service.
Any information concerning Thelma and who her parents were would be welcome.
Gideon and Lucinda moved around to several states before they settled in fruit farming in San Bernadino Co., Rialto California. This is where Thelma appears on the census in 1910.
