In 1860, I see a Samuel Foley married to Sarah, born about 1832. This was in the North subdivision of Augusta Co., VA.
It looks like they had a son Jacob, born about 1857. Listed with them is a Jane Sheets, born about 1852, and a Margaret Sheets, born about 1830.

I then searched for a Sarah Sheets in the 1850 census born around 1828. I found a Sarah C. Sheets, born about 1833, living in District 2 and a half, Augusta Co., VA. She had a sister Margaret, born about 1831. The parents of Sarah C. and Margaret were Samuel Sheets (b c1804) and Elizabeth (b c1812). Other children of Samuel and Elizabeth were Jacob H. (b c1836), Peter W. (b c1838), Elizabeth M. (b c1851), and George S. (b c1844).

Not sure if this is the right family, but, the timeframes for Sarah's and Margaret's births seem to fit.
