Can someone please help me understand some things in the following...

Abstracts of Wills and Admins. Kerry (Vol. 11 & 14 O’Kief)
Shea, John, May 25, under L100, Letters of Admin, per. estate, late Dingle, Co. Kerry, baker, d: 16/4/1871 same place, granted at Cork to Mary Noonan, wife of Thomas Noonan, Minard, Dingle, Co. Kerry, labourer, sister and one of the next of kin of deceased.

What do the following mean:

under L100, Letters of Admin, per. estate,

late Dingle, Co. Kerry, baker,

granted at Cork to Mary Noonan,

This last one 'granted at Cork' is of particular interest

Thanks in advance
