BOARDMAN – There will be a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Fox Funeral Home, for Stella L. DeMain, 91, who entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Boardman (Ohio) Health Center.
Stella was born on Nov. 3, 1921, in New Castle Pa., a daughter of Constante and Kathren Sesko, and moved to nearby Boardman, Ohio later in life.
She was employed by the Shenango China Shop in New Castle, later by Wilburs Florist and the Straw Wreath in Boardman. She loved flowers, gardening and made porcelain dolls.
Stella was a member of the Highway Tabernacle Church and several other organizations and ministries in Boardman including Sunshine Visitation Ministry at Highway Tabernacle Senior Citizen Group, Christian Women Luncheon, East Side Garden Club and Canfield AARP.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Kenneth J. DeMain of Houston.
She also leaves several cousins and nieces and nephews.
Stella was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Joseph DeMain, whom she married in 1956, he passed on July 12, 1992; her second husband, Robert J. Kleeh, who passed on Nov. 11, 1999; and her sister, Mary Jane Eigen.
Friends and family may call from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at the Fox Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. in Boardman, OHIO.
