We've been looking for you for along time. Sorry once we found you, you chose not to meet us. I just thought maybe you might want to know something about your birthfamily. Our mother was afraid this would happen, so when she asked me to start looking for you, I was very surprised. I had already been looking for years. None of the family that had anything to do with your adoption are alive. When they were, they wouldn't give up any information. Our mother's name is Bonnie Deffner. She lives in Emeryville, in the bay area. You were born the day before my second birthday. Our mom wasn't married to your father, so the family decided she shouldn't keep two of us. Mom was 18 when you were born and 16 with me. She had no parents and no place to go. If it hadn't been for her Aunt, I would have been adopted too. She helped her keep me, but couldn't afford to help her with two. Mom worked, but there wasn't much someone her age could do back then. She has always talked holding you and then they just took you away. After she got married she had our brothers and sisters. Marty was after you. He has two daughters and a grandson. Next was Kathy. She died at 3 months old. I think about her alot too. Then came Susie. She has four children 2 girls,boys. Fred is next. He has two daughters. Sandra is the baby. She has no children, unless you count her two babies with feathers. I'm the oldest. I have 6, 4 girls and 2 boys. I also have 5 grandchildren. Our family is kind of like the U.N. By the way our mother is French and Cherokee. Thought you might like to know. Just wanted you to know we all think about you. I wish we had been able to meet.
