A few months ago I was contacted by a man from the Rockett message boards, claiming to be the cousin of my sister, who was adopted by Joyce Dean and Henry Senters of Enid, Ok. He told me he and his father would contact my sister and let her know we were looking for her. He has never answered my emails since and it has been over 4 months. I had given up, but since that is really not in my nature, I am again searching for my sister. It was not my mother's choice in giving her up and she was told that Sharla would be given information on her 21st birthday, in order to find our mother. My mother is ill and has been for some years. She has waited for my sister for 21 years now and I'm not giving up. We have all known about her and we still count her as one of us in our family. She just a little misplaced right now. I just found my birthfather a little over 2 months ago. I spent alot of years either being angry or sad and now I have this funny wonderful man for a dad. Sharla is missing out on knowing a great mother who has always loved her, even if she wasn't here. If anyone can help me find my sister, we would be eternally thankful. Sharla was born in Oklahoma on February 2, 1959. My mothers name at that time was Bonnie Logue. Sharla also has an adopted brother named Darrel who lives in GA. Maybe he could be of help. Anyone have any info?
