I am a Selinger decendant. My great-grandmother was Barbara (1901) born in Russia and Peter (1868) born in Russia her father. I am still searching for answers myself, but I do know they lived in Canada. They farmed grasses. Barbara married John Mack in 1919 also in Canada. The family moved to WA and to Silverton,OR in 1924.
When I find immigration information on Peter Salinger, I hope to find it on other siblings. Since John was born within a few years of Peter, they may be related.
