I am looking for any information reguarding my Grandfather, Hugo Frank Joseph Selinger. He was born in Germany, went to military school in Berlin, came to America to his brother's. I believe in Penn. He married, I think his first wife died. He married my Grandmother when he was 36 years old and she was 18. They lived in St. Louis, MO. This all happened before 1899. I believe his Father's name was Carl. I don't know where he was born or when exactly. I would like to fit more pieces in the puzzle.
