Howard Seibel, 77, of West Elizabeth, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, in Southwestern Nursing Center. He was born Aug. 23, 1933, in Pittsburgh, and was retired from Corporate Jet. He is survived by sons, Clifford Seibel, of Alaska, Richard Seibel and Timothy Seibel; and daughter, Karen Seibel. There is no visitation. Service and burial are private. Arrangements are by the GILBERT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 6028 Smithfield St., Boston, Elizabeth Township
