Agnes I. McCoy Sislowski Seib, 93, of Florida and formerly of Erie, died Monday evening November 14, 2011 at Madison Point Rehabilitation Center. A resident of the Erie area most of her life before moving to Florida she was born in Erie on August 27, 1918 a daughter of the late James and Ida Murphy McCoy. Agnes was a former member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank T. "Lefty" Sislowski; her second husband, Marvin E. Seib; one brother, James McCoy; and one sister, Mary Montigny. Survivors include one daughter, Barbara Ester of Hudson, Fla.; one grandchild, Raymond Ester and his wife Shannon; three great grandchildren, Craig, Jonathan, and Haley Ester; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Road, on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. and are invited to a prayer service there on Friday morning at 9:15 a.m. followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. Burial will be in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Our Lady of Mount Carmel School and Educational Fund, 1531 East Grandview Blvd., Erie, 16510.
