I need information on the father of John George Seaman, born on July 25, 1780 in Berks County, Pennsylania and married to Magdalena Kaufman. The History of the
Seaman Family in Pennsylvania, printed in 1911, says that his father was Eberhart Seaman, born July 30, 1752. Recently however I found a historical document on the internet that said his father was Eberhart's brother, John. Is there anyone out there who knows for sure?

I know it's a long shot, but do you have a list of John's children? I am looking for Abigail b? who married John Gaddis. My John Seaman moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in the early 1800's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
