Within the book "Middlesex County Records, Vol. III: Indictments, Recognizances , Coroners' Inquesis-Post-Mortem, Orders, Memoranda and Certificates of Convictions and Convicticlers, temp. I Charles I. to 18 Charles II" ed. by John Cordy Jeaffreson, A. T. Watson, Basil Woodd Smith (Middlesex County Records Society, 1888) at p. 146, Richard SEABORNE, of Madley, Co. Hereford, was amongst 244 persons indicted for recusancy (not going to church). Also later on the same page William SEABURNE, of Skenfrith, co. Monmouth, was also indicted.
