Within the Land Patents of Virginia, there appear two Patents to Nicholas SEABORNE dated 09 Mar 1652 and 06 Dec 1652. The former is for 170 acres and the latter is for 100 acres. Both parcels were in Norfolk County. These Patents are available online at the website of the Virginia State Library at:

The former 170 acres seems to have been repatented by Nicholas SEABORNE on 20 October 1661.

The latter Patent seems to be in respect of rights purchased by Nicholas SEABORNE from Richard CONQUEST in respect of the transportation into the Colony of John ARUNDELL and Margarett GREENE.

Does anyone have additional information about this particular Nicholas SEABORNE, particularly as to the identity of his father?
