Nicholas SEABORNE, of Bristol, is shown to have testified in an Admiralty case on 14 Feb 1679. The Survey Record (abstract) is posted online at the Library of Virginia web site:

This is Page 2 of Survey Report No. 4233 which is Catalogued at the Library of Virginia with System Number 001195261.

In another later record, Nicholas SEABORNE is shown to be the master of the ship "Baltimore":

Nicholas SEABORN is also shown to be involved in an Admiralty suit with Charles JONES, owner of the "Baltimore" on 12 Jul 1700:
