Funeral services for Andrew Gustaf Seaberg, 86, of 11333 Bluff Rd., Old Mission Peninsula, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Reynolds Funerla Home in Traverse City.
Rev. Donn Doten of Central Methodist Church will officiate with burial in the family lot at Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Seaberg died suddenly Friday at the home of Richard Dillon, 1231 Rose St.
He was born July 27, 1884 in Sweden and came to the United States with his mother and a sister settling in Cadillac for 4 yrs. before moving to the Peninsula where he has since resided.
He was a member of the Methodist Church. On August 31, 1907 he married Carrie Salberg of Chicago, who with 3 sisters and 1 brother predeceased him.
Surviving are 2 sons, Robert & Raymond of Old Mission Peninsula, 2 daughters, Mrs. Thomas Dillon and Mrs. Ralph Longcore of Old Mission Peninsula.
Twelve grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Mrs. Bert Kroupa and Mrs. Ray Bancroft of Traverse City, and Mrs. Robert Ludington of Old Mission.
