Hope this information helps someone. I'm from Jackson Co. Ar. next to Independance CO. Will T. Scoggin is my great grandfather, he married Tessie VanWinkle in 18 Dec 1910.

There are Scoggin/Scoggins in White Co, Jackson Co and Independance Co. But they do not seem to acknowledge being related? I was told there was a family fued that seperated them? If anyone has any info please contact me at LaughingLady@Loveable.Com. TY
