My GreatGrandfather was John Swalm he was married to Marie Smith they were both born in Germany. They emigrated to Ontario, Canada where my Grandfather Charlie B. Swalm was born January 16, 1877. At some point they moved to the mid-west probably Montana area and farmed or had a ranch. My Grandfather Charlie B. Swalm was a blacksmith then in the auto repair business in Miles City Montana where he died in 1939. He was married to Rachel Downing. Any information to the location of the Swalm family in the mid-west would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Terrie
