Richard Schumacher
CANAL WINCHESTER: Richard Schumacher, age 95, of Canal Winchester, Ohio died Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
Born October 3, 1918, he was a 1936 graduate of Pickerington High School.
He was a retired farmer, enjoyed square dancing, and was quite the storyteller.
He is survived by his stepdaughter, Barbara (Ray) Massey; siblings, Grace Wood, Mary Myers, Paul (Georgia) Schumacher; numerous grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.Preceded in death by his wives, Martha Faye Schumacher and Mary Mildred Schumacher; sons, Charles "Spanky" Schumacher and Michael Lee Schumacher; and his sister, Dorothy Faldt.
Friends may visit from 3-5 pm Monday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 650 W. Waterloo St., Canal Winchester, OH.
