My g-grandfather, JOHN SCHROER, b. Jan. 15, 1852 in Sausenheim, Germany; m. KATERINE DEININGER in Oggersheim, Germany Dec. 29, 1877. They came to Columbia, IL. Oct. 22, 1880. Several of their children were born there before the family moved to St. Louis, MO. around 1888. I believe John had a brother named FRANK SCHROER and that Frank lived at 4 Neiderert St., Oggersheim, Germany. I don't know if Frank was older or younger than John, and I don't know in what years he would have lived at this address. Their parents are JOHANN GEORGE SCHROER and ELIZABETH HERRMAN. Johann's parents were GEORGE JAKOB SCHROER and KATHERINE MAGDALENE HAMMER. George's parents were JOHANN KONRAD SCHROER and KATHERINE BURMANN.
