You might do some checking in the Tulpehocken, Berks County area for John Schneider. I have a part of this family in my lineage. John George Schneider, son of John and Susannah Schneider. He was born Apr. 10, 1768 and baptised at Christ Evan. Lutheran Church, near Stouchsburg,Womelsdorf,Pa.. Host Church is a possibity, and Brickerville as well. All these churches have early 1700's dates.
