June M. Schneider, 83, of Zelienople,
formerly of Avalon,
died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011.
She was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Mollie M. Schneider.
She is survived by Jim Eberle, Mimi Marko-Eberle, Megan and Marc Eberle and cousins.
June was a retired sales clerk with Kaufmann's
and enjoyed singing in many church choirs throughout her life. She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church Women, Kaufmann Oasis, Northgate AARP No. 2736 and AARP No. 1465. More recently, she was a member of Seaman Lutheran Church in Zelienople. Family will welcome friends from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday (no visitation Monday) at the SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME INC., 388 Center Ave., West View, PA 15229, where a service will be held at noon Tuesday. If desired, memorials may be made in June's name to the American Heart Association, 777 Penn Center Blvd., Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.
