I have been researching the Schneider families from the Clausen, Weselberg, Donseiders, Rodalban area of Germany. I believe this area is refered to as the Alsace region. I just visited that area this in July. I have many birth, marriage and death data (in latin) pertaining to families in that area. What was your grandfathers name, I may have information on your family
