Or should I say cousin? I told my Dad(James Harvey Scaggs)about you and your Dad and yes, they are half brothers. My Dad remembers your grandmother Irene. Mark Scaggs,while married to Ida(Stevens),had 6 boys,Leanord,Harmon,Woodrow,Fisher,my dad,and Major,who died at age 7,and 2 girls,Karoline and Edna. All are dead now. Mark also had 3 boys with other woman. Charlie,Antany, and your Dad. When Irene went away,it was known that she was expecting but never heard from her again. Where do you live? We are in Michigan. Wouldn't it be great if our Dad's could meet? My Dad is 79 and we lost my mom 2 yrs ago.
