Looking for more information concerning Alfred Jackson Saunders my GG Grandfather. Birth: 16 FEB 1829 in Habersham Co. Ga. Death: 27 NOV 1889 in Monroe Co. Tennessee. Was Married to Julia Margaret Crowder who was born on 27 JAN 1836 in North Carolina, and was Married on or abt.10 MAR 1855 in Monroe Co. Tn.

He also served in the Union Army, Company H, 3rd. Tennessee Mounted Inf., and was discharged somewhere around 1889.

I am especially looking for any help with who were his parents and where did they come from.
