I am looking for my cousin who was born around 2-14-69 to Lydia Lline Salyers. The baby was a boy and her aunt she was living with made her give the baby up to the Dickenson County, VA Board of Public Welfare on 2-14-69 to be place in a temporary Foster home. But she never got her baby back. I am now looking for him. I don't know if her was ever adopted out or not. If anyone has any information please contact me.
