I'm looking for info on John Ryalls (b ~ 1808), married Elisabeth (b ~ 1813) in Sheffield; had one son William Henry Ryalls (b 1833, Sheffield). In 1843 Elisabeth and her son, William, immigrated to NY, settling in Gansevoort, Saratoga, NY. Does any of this fit in with your Ryalls?

My mother was Ida Ryalls, daughter of John and grand daughter of William-son of Joseph who was a shoe maker in Edwinstowe.
I have have the same names as you going back in the Rufford/Southwell area. I note there are 2 Ryalls farmers in the 1840s in that area-possible relative? I would be pleased to hear from you and have you any photos-we have none of John only his wife Clara. Susan

I have been researching our family tree, which is the Ryalls. I think you are my cousin and would like to compare your notes. Please get in touch.
