My great-grandfather, Paul Earl Marvin, was born to a couple that ran away to get married, but the bride's parents had the marriage annulled. The couple was Everett John Marvin, born 1877 in Stearns County, MN, and a "Mae Rutherford," born 1882, presumably in MN. After Mae gave birth to Paul, born March 4, 1897, she gave him to Everett. We cannot find a single drop of information on this woman. In my old family records, she is listed as born "March 11, 1882" and died 1936. Can anyone help me at all??? Thank you for any time/effort!
