I am Victor Rutcofsky's daughter. I have 2 brothers Barry and Harold Rutcofsky in NY.
Vic is Phillip's son and brother to Louis, Morty, Sam and Lillian

Hi Paula,

Funny that you just answered my query as I was getting ready to mail your family tree, (as much as I've been able to obtain), to you father. He and I are first cousins as your grandmother, Bertha, and my father, Victor, were sister and brother.

I have not been able to go beyond your grandfather, other than his siblings. Never have found out from what part of Poland he came from or when he arrived in this country. Can you help?

no we haven't met but i know that somewhere along the line we are related...and not too far off either.....ask you dad about Steven Rutcofsky...(my father) and he'll be able to tell you how we are related.

Just checked my family tree and I see you have a sister. I don't have her name, (nor did I have yours, just knew that Steven had a son and daughter). I have an H for your dad's middle name. Do you mind telling me what it is?

My research only took me through your dad. Your grandfather was my cousin. I met your father at my father's funeral. I'm trying to find out about Phillip. I know he had a sister in this country as I've been in contact with her grandson but he wasn't able to tell me anything beyond Phillip. I'm sure he came from Poland and he met his wife, my aunt Bertha, through my grandfather. They worked together in the garment industry and he introduced Phillip to Bertha. Are you able to add anything? Do you have any other siblings?

my middle name is Philip. I don't know of any Bryan Rutcofsky. But I do know my middle name is named after Philip.

I am related to Philip Rutcofsky through marriage, he married my father's sister. I am trying to find out about him and his family. I know about most of his decendents. I know he had a sister and was from Poland but that's about all I know.

Gus, brother to four sisters

Parents were polish - four sisters went to States - two younger brothers in England.

Not sure of correct surname. Gus' surname "anglecised" to "Rutter".
