Looking for Joe Russell born August 1950 in Havelock, NC. He was delivered by a mid-wife. His mother, Arnette Russell was living with friends, Joe and Bonnie (last name unknown). Later, William and his wife were taking care of baby Joe and in the summer of 1951 they moved to Camp Pendelton. Baby Joe's sister are brother are looking for him.
