D. Darrell Runyon

CHILLICOTHE: D. Darrell Runyon, 50, of Chillicothe, Ohio died April 9, 2013, at his home, unexpectedly.

He was born October 7, 1962 in Gallipolis, OHIO (Gallia County) to Daniel Runyon and Wilma Ball Fickisen.

On October 19, 1987 he married Barbara N. Partney, who survives.
In addition to his parents and wife, survivors include his children, Joyce Burns, Anthony Runyon, and Jeffrey Runyon, all of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, A'Laysha LeKay, W'Lijsha LeJay, Antiyha J., Jeremy J., and Jaydon A.; five half brothers and sisters; three step brothers and sisters; a sister-in-law, Stephanie Runyon; several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Theodore Fickisen; and two brothers, Clifford Runyon and Jeffrey Arnold.

Darrell was a truck driver, and loved to fish and hunt. He enjoyed building airplanes with his children and trains. He also enjoyed working on cars.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family Friday at the Haller Funeral Home.
Calling hours will not be observed.
