Samuel Rumery settled Chippewa Falls,
WI. He reported in the 1860, 1870, 1880 and
1900 WI census that he was born in Vermont, his father in Maine and his mother in Canada.
His wife's name was Sylva Ann (Silvia, Sylvia), b. 1834. His son, Ernest David Rumery, named his daughter Sylvia, presumably after his mother.

I am looking for clues that will link both
Samuel and Sylvia to their parents.
