Susan has given us a tremendous amount of valuable new information regarding Jesse ROPER's family within this thread and she is to be particularly applauded for the work she has done in giving us both full text transcriptions as well as the underlying images of each of the Lancaster deeds.

In this post, I am collecting the neighbors of Jesse and Obedience ROPER expressly identified within these Lancaster deeds. In another separate post to follow, I will separately collect the likely neighbors of Jesse and Obedience ROPER IMPLIED by their presence as witnesses on these deeds.

For reasons more fully explained in another forthcoming post, I will also distinguish the seeming neighbors of Jesse ROPER, Jr., implicit in some of the deeds.
