Ruth, I am one of your many distant relatives. In fact, you are a cousin of my mother (Marjorie Mae McCoy Miller) and my father (Isaac "Melvin" Olando Miller). I have the history of the Roher Family dating back a few hundred years. My maternal great grandmother was Esther Ellen Roher McCoy a sister to Florence. I do not have a copy of the Roher family history with me, but I do in my house in James Creek. Off the top of my head... Florence was the oldest, her siblings include: Hunter, John, James, Dison, Esther, Stephen and a few others. Her parents were John Roher Jr. ( a stone mason) and Charlotte Locke. Her paternal great grandparents were: John Roher Sr. and Jane "Jennie" Locke. Maternal Great Grandparents were: Phillip Locke and Ellen Sollers.
