Hola! The Julia Rodriguez we're looking for is Puerto Rican, she's in her 30's, and she possibly could have lived in Chicago at one time but I know for a fact that she was born in Puerto Rico. I think her maternal grandmother's name was Mercedes, who took custody of her when her mom had her.
