Found out alot more today. Sharla was born in Ponca City, Ok. She has a brother. Adopted by Joyce Ann Rockett (deceased),who had a brother named Gary. They lived in Enid. Now the sticky part. A member of my mom's family has stayed in contact with the Rockett family, but she says my sister doesn't know she's adopted. Now what?
