Saturday Night,
Sherry,
Thank you so very much for answering my query, I sincerely appreciate it very much.
I wonder if Gustavus Robertson is a descendant of David Turner Robertson, who was the husband of Melissa Ann Morgan, and their daughter, Louisa Jane Robertson married on the date of September 30, 1875 Darling Benton Cason in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, which is Independence, La and Amite, La area. Another daughter of David Turner Roberston and his wife, Melissa Ann Morgan was Ida Druscilla Robertson, who was married to Willie Elihu Henderson on the date of April 28, 1887 at Amite, La., which is also in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana.
It was always said that the Native American bloodline came from the Robertson line, and several members of that family have the Native American physical features, such as the long straight black hair, high cheekbones structure, almond shaped eyes, and the men have the physical build of Native Americans. Also, the family members will tell you that, "they all look alike," meaning that many family members possess Native American physical features.
I am sincerely appreciative for your answering my query, and I am appreciative for your sharing your information with me, have a great weekend, kitty
