I have a lot of information on this man's family once he got to America. He married his first cousin Mary Neil ( O'Neil or O'Neal here in the States). There were specially compensated to marry back on September 18, 1841 at St. Martin, Ballycullane, Ireland. I have no information on Joseph's parents, or siblings and I am hoping to get some help on where to start! We do have documentation of the marriage but no parents are listed.
