Do you have any info of a Roache who married a HACKETT, and were living in Wisconsin, possibly Dane County, around 1890?

I recently found out my great grandfather James P. Roach(e) and his sister Bridget Roach(e) both came from IRE around 1860's and settled in Madison. Bridget married Patrick Higgins in 1867, James married Ann(a) Bradley. Not sure if there were any more siblings, but have James and Bridget's parents' names.

I remembered your query when I was searching an Irish index; found a Richard Roche married to Catherine Hackett, sons Thomas Roche b. 12/14/1868 in Dublin and John Roche b. 2/1/1871 Dublin. Not sure if they emigrated to Dane Co., but many people with that surname did. xcellnt@hotmail.com

Do you have a list of children for James and Anna? Did they both make it to WI?

Anna M. BRADLEY was born in Sun Prairie, WI and James ROACH met her and married her there. After they married, the family moved to Chicago. They did not stay in WI but many members of the Bradley family continued to reside in WI and their descendants are still there.

Not your if our trees may be linked but I am researching the Roache family from Galway, Ireland. It looks like my great great grandfather (Patrick Roache) and possibly some siblings came to England without parents in about 1861 and his father was also called Patrick (I have a copy of his marriage certificate) So far I've picked up clused that his mother may have been Margaret Mangan (could be Mannion or anything similar)
Your relatives may be siblings....does anything fit?
