"MICHAEL THOMAS ROACH, 55, of Tampa died Monday. He had lived in the area for 10 years and was a construction superintendent. He is survived by his wife, Jean; one son, Michael of Tampa; one daughter, Stacy Katherine of Chicago; one brother, David of Wisconsin; two sisters, Mary Lee LaBarbera of Tampa and Katherine Schroeder of Chicago.
