ISO spouse of Wallace Phipps Ritter, all we have is possibly Nellie Mae, Could be Eleanor Mae, Wallace and Nellie had 5 children which were born from 1950 to 1956 and all adopted out. John and William Lynn were adopted in TX but the original birth certificates are sealed in California. Oldest was Wayne R Ritter, he served in the Navy during Viet Nam, b. abt 1950, John David b 1952, William Lynn b/1954, Robert b abt 1954 and Cheryl b abt 1955

Wallace and Nellie are found in California in the 1950, then Nellie disappears, Wallace returns to the family hometown in McDonald, KS where he passed away in 2000. No mention of wife or children in obit.

Any ideas on how to unravel this adoption mess?
