I am looking for information on the parents of William Rissler b. 12 Oct 1797 in Winchester, Fredrick, Virginia d. 9 Mar 1884 Putnam Co. Indiana. He was married to Susan Boone. I Have his father as John Thomas Rissler and his mother as Catherine Boone, but I am not certain of his parents. Any help would be wonderful!
