My father was John Henry Rima Born(July 1926) to Frank L. Rima And Anna McTigue Rima in St.Louis, Mo.know very little about Frank he was Murdered in Mississippi in 1936. bits and pieces of his family history. Would be happy to share all I know, if it would help! contact me

Absolutely.... The McNutts were all children of James and Betsey McNutt who died at Geauga County, Ohio. I have been to Iowa, Nebraska, Washington and Oregon chasing the McNutts... Not always easy. I have TONS of info and would love to see what you have. You are welcome to all that I have

Does your Rima family have a Johann Theobald (David)Rima who married Margaretha Breittenbacher in New York abt 1795? My McNutt family married several Rimas from this line. I know that Johann's family is incredibly large.

My name is Tony Rima and I live in Coldstream Scotland but was born in Swindon, Wilts England in 1943. I know my great grandfather was born Thomas Rymall in 1825 but when he married in 1848 his name was spelt Rima as it is today. I know there are a lot of Rima's in the States so it is unlikely we are linked in any way but there was a brother who'went missing' and may have emigrated to the States,

About 15 years ago, I received a copy of a Rima family newsletter from Stephen Rima. He asked for $ to keep it going and I sent him some. We never heard again. My husband is David Woodring Rima, b. 4-3-1958, to Ingrid and Philip Rima of Philadelphia, Pa. Related??

I am looking for information on Johann Frederick and Maria "Polly" (Becker) Rima. Their daughter, Mary "Polly" Rima was my husband's ggggggrandmother. She was born on April 24, 1809. She married a man named Warner Wells and they had nine children: Paulina Esther, George Nelson, Amelia "Mattie", Sophronia, Frederick Warner, Carlos J., David Oren, Orson O., and Emma Samantha "Smathy."
